Smt. H.N. Nandhini Suresh, the founder and director of Sri Sai Nrithyalaya, holds an M.A. and M.Phil in the field of Bharatanatyam. She learnt Bharatanatyam from her Guru Dr. Bala Nandakumar,Principal, Sri Sathguru Sangeetha Vidhyalayam from Madurai, and learnt Nattuvangam from the carnatic composer, vocalist and choreographer - Late Bhagavatalu Sri Sitarama Sharma.

Since 2006, she has been teaching Bharatanatyam at Sri Sai Nrithyalaya in Chennai, and has received prestigious accolades like the "Vani Kala Nipuna" from Sri Thyagabrahma Gana Sabha and "Nallor Virudhu" by Youth Association for Cultural Development and Sri Krishna Sweets for her contribution to this divine art form.

Stressing on the importance of Tamil, the school has produced initiatives like "Velli Ambalam" and "Mazhalayar Manjari" filled with songs of Tamil poets like Mahakavi Bharathiyar. Dr. S. Raghuraman has been a pillar of support in helping adapt the works of Tamil literature. She is exploring the nuances of Thalam under the guidance of Laya Tapasvi Dr. G.V. Guru Bharadwaaj. Other notable dance productions of the school are "Dasavataram", "Nandanar Charithram", "Navarasa Nayaki", "Sri Yogiram Surat Kumar's Divya Charithram", "Sivapuranam", "Aranum Angayarkanniyum", and "Aarumugamum Arunagirinatharum".
